3. Create Your Questionnaire - Choose Types of Questions
Next, you compose the questions you want to ask. SDI Survey Center provides for all the different question types used in surveys:
- Yes or No
- Multiple Choice
- Check All That Apply
- Rating Scale
- Open End (Narrative text)
While you are composing your questions, you can:
- At any time, click to see a preview of your questionnaire as it will appear live to your respondents
- Change the wording of a question
- Change the type of a question
